About f*'in finally.
Last year in October I decided to upgrade my computer from 2Gb Ram -> 6Gb Ram. When you use 6Gb Ram you also need a 64-bit OS. In other words, I needed to upgrade from XP to Vista 64bit (because XP64 bit sucks)
Sometime later my computer started acting weird. When working in photoshop it would crash every 15-30 minutes. When doing my homework it would crash every couple of hours.
But that wasn't my only bad luck, I also bought a callibrated screen, which already had several lines of dead pixels after 2 weeks of usage...
Since October, I had given up on my computer. I have tried to make some drawings, but I lost more time then I could make up for. So I decided to quit coloring in photoshop untill we found out what was wrong with my computer.
And we did find what was wrong...yesterday.
The Ram the compu guys installed in my computer wasn't the same as the ram that already occupied my computer. Even though we ordered the same, the bastards installed something a bit cheaper, with a different hertz rate. Because of this, the computer kept switching between something called a 'multiplier' (I don't even know what it means myself), and everytime it did this, it crashed.
Huzzah, problem fixed FINALLY. Kisses to my honey who fixed it.
Now I can get back to work. *strangles compu guys*

And yes, those guys working at computer shops...they often don't know much more then me, so yes... waste of time. But what I can't stand is that they installed ram that looked exactly the same as the one I already had, except for the hertz rate. I did pay for them though...bastards.
